 This series uses a prism optics to disperse an incident light to different wave lengths

 or different light characteristics.  This spectroscopic cameras will make it easier to

2. Short Wave Infrared (SWIR) Line Scan Camera

   

  This series is a line scan camera dedicated for the Short Wave Infrared (SWIR).

  The range of the wave length is mainly from 950 nm to 1,700 nm.  BV-C3101

  and BV-C2906 handle from 900 nm to 2,600 nm.

The BV-C3500 employs prism optics and disperses the incident light to visible light and SWIR area.  As the BV-C3500 inspects objects by both visible light and SWIR light, it is possible to discriminate scratches, dust or foreign articles which are difficult to check by only single light.

The BV-C3300 has a prism optics and disperses the incident light to S wave component (reflecting light) and P wave component (refracting light).  By utilizing this method, it can inspect scratches or blemishes on the front and back surface of thick transparent objects.

Bi Focal Line Scan Camera  (Patent Pending) (BTO Product)

 

 

The BV-C3350 utilizes the same system of BV-C3300 to disperse the incident light.  The BV-C3350 installs sensors at the different focal plains to inspect the high and low height of objects at the same time.  In the BV-C3350, as we install sensors according to customers’ requirement, it is BTO product.

2 Wavelengths Line Scan Camera 

 

 

The BV-C3200 is a camera to disperse the incident light in SWIR light range, into two different wavelength range.  The BV-C3200 uses a prism optics to disperse the light.

It is possible to inspect foreign articles of objects by comparing two images at different wavelength, or it is possible to inspect different materials of objects by setting two wavelengths at reacting wavelength of each material.

The BV-C3201 uses two InGaAs sensors used in the BV-C3100 and makes its line rate double by reading out the output from each sensor alternately.  BV-C3201 has also capable to double the resolution by using spatial offset technology.

The BV-C3101 is a SWIR camera using a InGaAs sensor having the sensitivity

from 1200nm to 2600nm. It has two versions, one is BV-C3101R with 512 pixels

and 25µm x 250µm rectangular pixel and the other is BV-C3101S with 512 pixels

and 25µm x 25µm square pixel. The BV-C3101R has the sensor sensitivity

selection function and BV-C3101S has a FAN cooling system in addition to the

built-in Peltier cooling in order to keep the sensor temperature at -15 to capture

better S/N.

Air Cooling SWIR VGA Camera



The BV-C2901 is a SWIR camera using a VGA InGaAs sensor having the sensitivity

from 950nm to 1700nm. It uses a Peltier built-in sensor and a cooling FAN for

cooling the sensor. The adoption of the FAN cooling system enables to keep the

sensor temperature at -10 and it makes possible to capture high S/N images

under 2-second long term exposure as it avoids rise in temperature to cause the 

increase of the dark current.
